COVID-19 RULES & SAFETY MEASURES
Dance City West and all of it's staff are placing the students and their own safety at the highest priority. Each staff member will be doing all they can to enforce a safe environment for all to dance in. Take a look at what we are doing to ensure a clean, safe environment for all.
Lobby Closed
The lobby will be closed to parents in order to maintain minimum people within the building. Students may wait in the lobby for classes.
Limited Class Sizes
The number of students in each class will be limited to comply with the mandates set by our government.
Hand Washing
Students and staff will wash their hands frequently including before and after classes.
Cleaning the Studios
The DCW Staff will take time between each class to wipe down surfaces and equipment used.
Hand Sanitizer
Hand sanitizer will be available throughout the studio for use at any time.
Capped Water Bottles
Students must bring capped water bottles for themselves. The drinking fountain will be closed and there will be absolutely no sharing of water, snacks, or personal belongings.
Masks
Masks are optional.
Online Payments
We will primarily be accepting payments by card, cash or check. For your convenience, we can now take payments online through your Parent Portal Account. Register your account today through the link on our home page.
We also now have a secure drop-box for payments in the entryway. Please make sure you have your payment in a sealed envelope clearly labeled with the student's name and what the payment is for.
